Housing-Related Fees for Our Members
New and active members have two types of fees, chapter-related fees and housing-related fees. The fees reflected on this page and in the member’s Fee Schedule document are for housing-related fees.
Live-In Members

Due in Full by August 10th, 2022. Room and 2 meals a day, 5 days a week. General use of house facilities and other house long term and short term expenses.

Billed each semester. Set by House Corporation for capital improvements to the house.
Winter Semester 2023
Issued on 1/05/2023
Due on 1/15/2023

Due in Full by January 3rd, 2023.

House Corporation charges $20 every 7 days the charge remains unpaid after its due date.

Payment Plans must be set by the Due Date of the fee. Payment Plans are not applicable for Parlor Fees (Live In and Live Out) or Late Fees. Any account that has either set a Payment Plan or paid in installments will receive the Payment Plan Fee.

Out-of-House Members
Fees for Out-of-House and New Members are billed on the 5th of the month and due on the 15th of the month. Member is considered delinquent if fees are not paid by the due date and will be handed over to eBoard for further action.
