Helping Your Daughter with Her Housing Needs
We’re so happy your daughter is a Chi O! First and foremost, if your daughter is planning on living in the house next year, you will need to co-sign her residential agreement.
This agreement will be emailed to you, titled “Electronic Signature Request.” It expires in 48 hours. Please review the agreement in full and electronically sign it as soon as you receive it.
As a parent or guardian, you can help your daughter pay her housing fees using our portal. You will first receive an email invite to activate your portal. Once your account is made, you can use the button below to log in at any time to help pay your daughter’s fees.

Housing Fees
Your daughter uses the Revela portal to pay her house fees. These include residential fees if she is living in the house and parlor fees if she is living out of the house. These fees paid using Revela do not include her membership dues/fees.
Payment Plans
Certain larger fees, like Room and Board, are eligible for a payment plan. This will break up the fee into smaller payments over a couple of months.
These payment plans can be set within the housing portal. A payment plan must be set by the due date of the fee and comes with a $100 convenience charge.
Parlor Fees
Smaller fees, like Parlor Fees, need to be paid in full by the due date. These must be paid separately from a payment plan for a larger fee (if you’ve set one up).

From your portal home dashboard, click on the blue “Add Payment Method” link under Electronic Payments.
You can also access this area by clicking “Account” on the side menu and clicking the “Add Payment Method” button.
If adding a bank account, be sure to not mix up the account/routing numbers!

Payment Plans can only be created for specific larger fees, such as a Down Payment or Room and Board fee.
From your home dashboard, click on Charges from the side menu. Click on the invoice name that you want to set the plan for.
In the upper-right corner, there will be a button that says “Setup Payment Plan.” Click that and proceed with the final prompts and press Save to activate your payment plan.

Yes. After your daughter completes her initial form when activating her portal, the parent/guardian that she provided contact information for will also receive a portal invite.
You must activate your portal in order to make payments on your daughter’s behalf.

You will electronically sign your daughter’s resident agreement for living in. This will be sent to your inbox via the email your daughter provided for you.
These agreements expire within 48 hours of being sent.
Your daughter also must sign this agreement, which will be sent to their inbox.
Click on the link in your email.
Review your agreement in full, and use your mouse to sign the signature area.
Select the checkbox and click “Submit Signature” button.

Agreements issued for Electronic Signatures expire within 48 hours. If your or your parent/guardians’s link expired, please contact your House Manager and ask to be issued a new Agreement link.
Please review your agreement in full and sign it ASAP, so it will not expire again. Make sure your parent/guardian is aware that the link is coming their way into the inbox of the email provided.
