Welcome New Members!

We are so excited for you to begin your adventure as a Chi Omega!

Our beautiful house with the big white pillars on Burcham will soon have a very special spot in your heart.

Your House Corporation manages your chapter house, from getting you set up to live in next year to ensuring it’s a cozy and gorgeous place for you to be. Below we’ve shared all you need to know.

For Your “House” Stuff

We use a platform called Revela to collect payments and keep your housing docs organized.

Coming Up!

You will be completing 3 important steps:

  1. Activate and Complete Your Housing Portal

  2. Electronically Sign Your Residential Agreement Sent to Your Email (Your Parent Will Receive and Sign One, Too)!

  3. Pay Your Housing Fees (or Set Up Your Payment Plan by Due Date)

First Steps for Your Portal

  • Activate Your Portal

You will soon get an email inviting you to create a portal through Revela. Use the same email address that received the invite as your account username. Set your password to then enter into your portal.

  • Complete Your Profile

When you activate your portal, you will be greeted with a form. This form must be completed and saved immediately to fully activate your portal.

  • Connect Payment Method

After completing your form, connect a payment method. Doing so now will make it easier to make payments later. You can connect a bank account or credit card.

  • Sign Your Agreement

A day or so after activating your portal, you and your parent/guardian will be emailed your residential agreement to sign. This link expires in 48 hours, so please review and sign it immediately upon receiving it.

Payment Plans

Certain larger fees, like your Down Payment for next year, are eligible for a payment plan. This will break up the fee into smaller payments over a couple of months.

These payment plans can be set within your housing portal. Your payment plan must be set by the due date of the fee and comes with a $100 convenience charge.

Parlor Fees

Smaller fees, like Parlor Fees, need to be paid in full by the due date. These must be paid separately from a payment plan for a larger fee (if you’ve set one up).

Once you’ve initially set up your housing portal through your invite email, click on the button below at any time to access the login page.
